Exercise Day 1
Ok this is going to be kinda a short blog.Ok so right now im 158 and today i walked all over my whole neighbor.It's a pretty big neighbor almost into the woods.I walked in every neighbor instead of 1.I was tired dude!Well at the end of the week im going to weigh myself.Then if i feel like i lost enough weight i won't walk but if i don't then i will.So my main goal is 155.I know its not a lot but its enough for me.
